. Produced some more final test pieces and ideas for the final.
Well, I'm looking at negative/positive space, so I've decided to look at the structure of a building. Using the idea of a structure I made a small test piece using some aluminium wire, which is easy to bend. I used masking tape to join the pieces together.
Used the katakana symbol ワ (wa)
In the end, it looked like this...not bad...
Next I would like to try making the structure wider, more like a building...Also, the models need to start looking like architecture models. I was also thinking of using the spot welder instead of masking tape to join the pieces...
This is the design for the next model piece/ it's maybe my final... When I came up with this design I was actually looking/thinking about the word/name 上城 (Kamijou). I then chose to use 上 (Kami) to create my design.
At the moment I am cutting up copper wire to create the different pieces to join together with the spot welder. Let's see how it goes....Fringers crossed..
